Bio:
I trained as a Registered Nurse in Germany and worked for 5 years in
an an Emergency department in Germany. In 1998 I moved to Australia.
Here I begun my yoga journey and did a 2 1/2 years Diploma of
Satyananda yoga. Later I completed a course in Vinyasa Flow with Twee
Merrigan. Recently I completed this wonderful course with Rainbow
Kids Yoga.
I run my own yoga school "beautiful yoga" where I
am teaching Satyananda yoga, Vinyasa Flow yoga and I am very happy to
offer kids yoga as well.
Classes:
Kids Yoga Wednesdays 9-10 a.m.
Vinyasa Flow Wednesdays/Fridays 6:30-8:00 p.m.
Satyananda Thursdays 10:00-11:30 p.m.
