FALL / WINTER PROGRAMS:

Children’s Yoga (Ages 5 to 9):

Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. – 9:45 a.m.

Dates: 10/3, 10/10, 10/17, 10/24, 11/7, 11/14, 11/21, 12/5, 12/12, 12/19
Cost: $100 for the entire program ($10 per class) or Drop-in for $15 per class.
Location: Performers Edge Dance Academy – 4037 E Tremont Ave, Bronx, NY 10465

Comments: Advanced registration is strongly encouraged (917) 715-1702. Classes close quickly. There is a maximum of 15 students per class. Drop-ins must arrive 15 minutes prior to class. Free mats are available to use. Customized mats are available to purchase ($18).

Preteen & Teen Yoga (Ages 10 and up)

Dates: 10/4, 10/11, 10/18, 10/25, 11/8, 11/15, 11/22, 12/6, 12/13, 12/20
Cost: $100 for the entire program ($10 per class) or drop-in for $15 per class.
Location: Andrea’s Dance Studio – 904 Morris Park Ave, Bronx, NY 10462

*Note – Teens are also invited to participate in “adult” classes.
